Ing. Melvin Emlyn King
Deputy Director of Engineering & Infrastructure
Ing. Melvin Emlyn King is Deputy Director of Engineering & Infrastructure. He is a qualified project manager with PMP certification, and holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Communications Management.
He served as Vice Chairman for Africa for ITU-T Study Group 20 on the Internet of Things, Smart Cities and Communities. He has been an active member of ITU-T Study Group 12 on Quality of Service and Quality of Experience since 2017, and has participated in AI preparedness workshops organised by the Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation (MOCTI).
He is a Regentonian and a Sierra Leone Grammar School alumnus, class of 1997.
